Precautionary Measures and Delivery Update

March 29, 2020 1 min read

Hi everyone.

As lockdown continues, safety precautions to help minimise the spread of the coronavirus are forefront on the minds of most.

At Petiquette this is absolutely no different.  Fortunately, our workshop is based at our home in Northumberland, and there is no-one other than myself who enter or come in contact with any of our materials or stock.

At present we use Royal Mail for our parcels which are collected once a day by the same postman.  Our parcels are left outside our door in mail sacks for collection when the postman arrives, so is entirely contactless.

Unfortunately though, as the number of cases increase, it is to be expected that Royal Mail's delivery services may be stretched thin, and therefore deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

As many other countries place restrictions on their postal services on a daily basis, we are unable to guarantee timescales for international deliveries for the time being.

If you have any questions about safety measures or delivery times, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Stay safe as always,

Geoff & Mauricio
