Inner Circle Collar for Greyhounds

Size Guide
How to measure your sighthound for a luxury leather dog collar

Whether you have a tiny Italian Greyhound, a Whippet, Greyhound, lurcher or any of the numerous breeds of sighthound, there's one thing you are probably painfully familiar with.

They are amazing collar escape artists.
Due to the shape of their necks they can easily back out of a poorly fitted collar, so a tailor made collar from Petiquette Collars will help eliminate this stressful part of walking these beautiful dogs.

How to measure your sighthound's neck

Rather than measuring the middle of the neck as you would with most dog breeds, it's essential to measure the narrowest part of the neck on a sighthound.
Follow our guide and check the photo for where you should measure your dog for a luxury leather dog collar.

Step 1

With your dog standing comfortably, wrap a soft tape measure, or piece of string if you don't have a tape measure, around the part of the neck at line B on the photograph.
The tape measure should be touching the fur but not constricting the neck.  Please don't add any fingers underneath the tape measure, as this can lead to incorrect sizing.

Step 2

Make a note of this measurement and take a look at the sizes available for our collars.  Choose the collar size which at it's smallest measurement is as close to the neck measurement you have just taken.
For example, if your dog's neck at line B measures approximately 11", then you would select an 11"-13" collar size.

For pure gleam and sparkle, this collar for greyhounds is simply unbeatable.

The Inner Circle greyhound collar is decorated with 3 diamonds, each made from stunning xilion square-cut Swarovski crystals. These precision-cut crystals have been designed by Swarovski for maximum light refraction. In the sunlight, this collar looks spectacular.

In the centre is a round Swarovski crystal in any colour of your choice. To customise your collar, first choose your favourite leather colour from our range of contemporary leather shades, then pick out your favourite crystal colour.

The collar will be handmade to order from soft, glossy Italian leather. We’ll line the inside of the collar with the same soft calf leather for a luxuriously comfy feel and a perfect fit. Each crystal will be hand-riveted so they will stay in place permanently.

For neck support, the collar measures 2” at its widest point, tapering to a 1” buckle, strap and D-ring.

Want a bit more sparkle?

If you like, we can make an Italian leather dog lead to match the new collar. You could opt for a plain leather lead, or go for full-on bling with the crystallised version. It will have a row of gleaming xilion square-cut crystals at the base of the lead.

Petiquette handmade leather dog leads are approximately 1 metre long and are available in 4 widths.

Leads are approx 1 metre long. Crystal leads will have the same colour crystals at the base of the lead

Purple velvet collar

The collar looks very smart and sparkly with the diamante embellishment. However, the collar was described as Purple Velvet but in fact I feel it is more like Midnight blue. The collar is particularly chunky around the buckle and the leather not as soft as I expected making it rather snug to get the dog's harness or coat over it.
