Collections: Christmas Dog Collars, Greyhound Collars
Perfect for crisp winter walks, this sighthound collar features 3 hand-sewn white snowflakes, each with a dazzling Swarovski crystal at its centre.
The sighthound collar will be made by hand in our Northumberland workshop using soft, glossy Italian leather in any colour you choose. Just take a look at our range of colours and pick out your favourite shade.
We’ll line the inside of the collar with soft white calf leather so it will fit like a glove and feel gorgeously comfy from the moment it comes out of the box. There are no rough edges to cause rubbing or irritation.
The collar has been specifically designed to support your sighthound’s slender neck. It is 2” wide, tapering to a 1” buckle and strap, with a handy D-ring for easy lead attachment.
Need a new lead?
A new leather dog lead will complement your sighthound’s new collar. It will be made in the same shade of soft Italian leather, with a D-ring in the handle so you can clip it round your shoulder or waist while your dog is off lead.
Petiquette handmade leather dog leads are around 1 metre long and available in a range of widths.
Choose from any of our Italian calf leathers to have your luxury leather sighthound collar made in. Whether you choose a traditional black or brown leather dog collar, or a bright lime green collar, we're sure you'll love the finished custom dog collar.

Measuring a sighthound for a collar
Step 1
If you have a sighthound such as an Italian Greyhound, Whippet, lurcher or Greyhound for example, rather than measuring around the middle of the neck, wrap the tape measure so that it is fairly snug, just behind the ears and under the chin at the top of the neck.
Step 2
Make a note of this reading and then take a look at the sizes we offer for each of our bespoke collars.
We would recommend that you choose the collar size where the smallest hole would be as close to the neck measurement as possible.
For example
If your dog has a neck size of roughly 13.5”, then you should choose a 13” - 15” collar size. This will give enough room to tighten it should they lose a little weight, and it gives enough room to slacken it if needed.
